We have had many responses suggesting the idea of holding coordinated rallies and marches in cities throught the nation at the same time as we march in Denver. We think this is a phenomenal idea, it will allow the voices of those people who cannot make it to Denver to be heard, without them having to travel too far away or take off time from work. It will also bring attention to the Denver action, and, allow us to distinguish ourselves from the many other protest groups who will be in Denver.
At present, we are coordinating State Organizers (thank you to all who have responded and volunteered!) who will be scheduling organizing meetings in their respective states. We will be posting state meeting information on the site as we receive it. The overall goal is to have groups of people on the ground in every state who can help get the word out about the march, coordinate travel to Denver from their states for those who want to go, as well as coordinate concurrent state actions for those who cannot travel.
If we can all come together and give just a little time and effort to this movement, we can stand united Nationwide during the convention, and we will not be easy to ignore!!

Home From Denver
We have returned from Denver, and from a wonderful celebration of Women's Equality Day and Senator Hillary Clinton.
We have created a "sister site" that contains photos, narrative, videos, and press coverage detailing our Denver efforts. Please visit this link http://rhrdenver.blogspot.com to read all about it! And please keep checking back to this site for new details of our ongoing advocacy for women's rights! More to come VERY soon...stay tuned!

WillBeHill08 suggest
Just a suggestion but there were an "AWFUL LOT" of men that supported Hillary too. Just a sugguestion but could the name of the march be called something else. After all we are calling for the wrongfulness that was done to Hillary both as a woman and what her "OWN" party did to her. Just food for thought!
Excellent organizing efforts. I'm interested in marching.
Thank you for providing a way to respond to the media bias against women and Hillary by something so positive as a march. I hope we will stay focused on the positive purpose of this march and what it is for and less focused on Obama or what he may or may not think about things. A positive march for women world wide is a beautiful thing, and I will participate fully in August.
Thank you
Becky
Everyone needs to go to this link and sign the petition for every vote to be counted:

Thanks,
Shirley
I live in Florida and thought my vote counted in 2000 and 2008.
I want to be heard.
I'm interested in volunteering or marching in Denver.
We want very much to march for Hillary in Denver. We will be coming from Southern Oregon. This March helps restore my faith in America. Our voices MUST be heard!
